Carnival Of Culture - Lancaster - March 1st

Lancaster activists are planning a Carnival Of Culture on March 1st. The idea is a a DIY celebration of alternatives to capitalism, and the City Council's proposed Centros Millar development. Suppport would be appreciated from brothers and sisters in the North West. Watch this space for details!
