Manchester Anarchist Bookfair: Manchester: June 7th 2008

The relaunched Manchester Anarchist Bookfair will take place from 11.00am until 5.00pm on Saturday 7th June 2008 at Jabez Clegg, 2 Portsmouth Street, off Dover Street, off Oxford Road (opposite the Manchester University Student Union), M13 9GB.

If you are interested in having a stall please email us as soon as possible.

We'll be updating the website, http://www.bookfair.org.uk, on a regular basis so keeping checking back for latest details!

WHO WILL BE AT THE MANCHESTER ANARCHIST BOOKFAIR?

We will be announcing details of all the stalls as soon as they are confirmed.

Active Distribution
Active is an anarchist DIY distribution. Started in the late 1980’s we are a non profit volunter based organisation specialising in redistributing anarchist and radical materials as cheap as we can.

Alternative Documentation Center

The Basement had a small bookshop in the back of the space selling a selection of books on various topics including anarchism, anarcho-syndicalism, insurrectionism, anarcho-primitivism, situationism, marxist theory, post-marxist theory, feminism, animal rights, bike maintenance, history, subvertising, and how to make your own sex toys out of inner tubes and gaffa tape, to name a few.
Whilst The Basement is out of action the Basement Bookshop will be bringing a selection of their stock to the bookfair.

Workers Solidarity Movement (WSM)
