AT first, i fell in love with the working class culture and language used. Then, it was the attitude and action that I adored. Then the poll tax came along and it was a marriage made in heaven.

I tried the other girls, but they really didn't move the earth for me. They still don't, they are about as frigid and as politically dynamic as the Jehovas Witnesses.

I've had my doubts, but my one true love is the class war and Class War twisted grin red n black star

Doesn't this sound a bit George Galloway?

Surely everyone knows Wayne is a founder member of, and prominent activist in, the Uttoxeter Diarrhoea Association?

Joe, I have a strong suspicion that Wayne's use of UDA in his tagline is an ironic statement on the support some anarchists for Irish Republicanism. The point he is trying to make is that Republicanism is no more progressive than Loyalism, both being based on bourgeois nationalism (with all the xenophobia, bigotry and statism that goes along with it). TBH, looking at past national liberation struggles as well as looking at republican history of sectarian murder, civilian bombings, knee-cappings and various illegal trafficking rackets, I'm inclined to agree with him.

I guess that confirms Alan's suggestion that "CWF is all a Psychogeographical-esque prank".

what would Tina Turner say if she knew the UDA were using her song as a slogan?

What would that soul band from the 70s think if they knew CAG was using their song:

"We are C-A-G

I got all my comrades with me"

We dont have Class War in America...but they are still my favoritest. You will be happy to know that in my punk phase I had a big Class War Patch on my oh so tight black stretch pants. I am sure all the folks in Class War are thrilled to know that some dumbass mc American punk kid was rocking their symbol. But then again, it doesnt matter bc as I said there is no Class War in America, only anti-civ primmos.

And Wayne, are you even an Anarchist? You should know that if you are not I am not sure if I can be your lover anymore...but you are so damn cute. I will have to think this over, please say that you still scrawl circle A's in your notebooks? My love for you is strong, but I dont know if it can endure if you are not an Anarchist. sad

??? IF that was Alan's suggestion it was bullshit at its genesis, and if this post has caused you to believe it, then your level of proof for ideas must be at a universal low.

Here's some classic CLASS WAR from the 1990's...

"After London Class War helped to mobilize for & organise this years Prisoners Justice Day in London, we are releasing a letter smuggled to us from Prisoners in the Mount Prison (Hemel Hempstead). It tells the tale of institutional brutality & lying racist screws who are getting more like the filth each day. All through the prison system black people have to face being picked on.

Part of the smuggled letter reads:

“For no reason, inmates requiring ethnic foods can only order them once every six weeks, when previously we could do so every week. Complaints against racist officers result in no action, only in other officers making life even more difficult for those who dare to stand up for their rights by complaining.

It is time something was done. If the Home office aren’t going to do anything, black people are going to put our heads together & do something ourselves.”

Another thing to note is that Governors can’t resist using their power on the prisoners when it’d be better just to let a slight provocation lie. Prisoners at Glenochil prison ended up smashing the place up on August the 8th 1996 - you could say that this was in solidarity with prisoners justice day - as we print here a couple of extracts from messages of support to Prisoners Justice day participants around the world.

Prisoner number 1. “It strengthens us to know you are there - not pitying or condescending, but meeting us in common humanity.”

Prisoner number 2. “So I would just like to say that for me and the rest of the Glenochil posse that your support and unashamed solidarity gives us more than we can ever put into words fitting enough to be written, so I shall simply say thank you, without you the fight would be so much harder. Class Unity, Class Pride, Class War, together we will win.”

The piss got took out of a governor on the 6th August, so the prisoners were locked up on Wednesday the 7th. They were “allowed” to go to work on the Thursday, & were all looking forward to the big footy match on the TV Thursday night. BUT - the stupid wankers decided to play authoritarian & locked the lads up denying them their football. So, repression breeds resistance & the place got smashed up. HA HA HA. Well done lads!

We hear that there were Class War slogans daubed all over the walls in some areas as well."

To spell it out - gangster called this thread CLASS WAR - simply the best. Tina Turners song Simply the Best was adopted as an anthem by the UDA, UDA t-shirts sport the slogan UDA - Simply the Best. Hence, perhaps, waynes use of UDA.

So are Class War gonna fight them for the title?

Cheers;

The point i was making was that it is NOT a question of merely 'joining' something... the point is to increase the capacity of the class struggle from a working class point of view, or it is a waste of time...

AND I would like to see you involved 8) I would like to see CLass War 'swamped' by women... Please get in touch, i am sure you can find the contact details... red n black star

gangster, now don't get me wrong, I like the people in CW, but I kinda think she was joking. You don't really give CW a very good image on here. Actually I'd say you give them a really really bad one. But I know your online persona is not representative of the group as a whole.

You dirty old man. I like the way you put 'swamped' in inverted commas, like it was part of some graphic fantasy of yours.

Anyway, I would have thought the only women Class War want would be ones willing to appear topless on the front page of London Calling. Surely that would be much more in keeping with their publications' style.

I think that's out of order, redyred...
