New Communist Manifesto .

Part one:- Problems with Capitalism.

New Communism believes in the same principles of the Communist Manifesto and Marxist-Leninism what was writen over 126 years ago. It is now out of date. and some of it does not apply to the modern standards and might not fulfil the needs of the common and wokring person. But New Communism is a up to date version of Karl Marx's writings and his believes. In the modern world of high speed broad band internet and new wave of lies and imperial wars and even a new right wing push in the three major parties plus a new king of dictators. We the fighters for a better world. A world with out expoitation. A world of harmorny. A world with out capitalism and where the workers and the common people who make up the majority of the population in every society. Capitalism is a threat and a old and even ancient ploblem to the working class. Over thousands of years. There has been many versions of Capitalism. The one what came before Capitlaism was Fudellism. One of simillarities between fuedellism and Capitalism is that it taxes people on thier land , property , prosesations and position in society. One more example between the two is that people are placed in class in society. New Communism believes that there are 3 classes in soicety. They are the upper class , the working class , and the poverty class. It has been said many times over that under Capitalism the few who are the members of the upper richer class rule and control the wealth of the economy , the country and some times the world. This must be ended as soon as soon as possible. To make even larger profits the must slash the price of production thus the only way to cut the cost of production. The employers must cut the wages ourned by the hard wokring workes (employees). This would make the wuality of life and the living standards of the wokring class drop and force millions to live in poverty and suffa plus in third world conditions. But at the same time the few of the country and that is the upper class will get richer and make larger profits. These few will have a more wealthier life at the expence of the working class. This must end. The working class who would suffa under the capitlaist system must group up and form a mass movments to fight and destroy the enemy what is the upper class. But the capitalists will stop by forming a counter movments to try to stop the mass movments of the working class by any means possible. They would broadcast their propaganda to fool the people into believeing their lies. They will tell them to the believe that their right-wing , anty woker and anty union capitalist system is fare more better for society and for the working class than that of the alternative system put forward by the Labour movments. Another way the Captialists will get what they want is to form or support neo right wing parties , groups or movments that these movments would use violent bloody means to crash the Labour movments. A good example of one of these groups is the National Socialist German Workers Party haded by Adolf Hitler in the 1920's , 1930's and int ill 8th of May 1945. This party was supported and funded by the evil rich capitalists of Germany so it could crash the Communist threat to their wealth and power in Germany and in other places. It is said that the reds (Communists) solve the problems of Germany after the first world awar. The Nazis (National Socialists) used force and violence to get power and stay in power. They fought in the streets in the town , and even in the country against the communists , social democrats and any one elce who were oppoes to them. When they got into power they as soon as possible band the Communist Party of Germany and the Social Democrats and any other partie eccept the Nazi Party. They also band all trade unions. They set about militraiseing the German society and takeing advantage of the people's view that Germany never lost the forst world war. They set breaking internation laws by rearming. Another example other breaking international lwas was in 1934 when Germany sent troops in to and rearming the rhine land. The world set by and did nothing wile the nazis were getting the country ready for the war that they were gong to start in europe and than the world. National Socialism has not and will not work. Under National Socialist rule in Germany national inflation increas by 600 to 700% in just 12 years. Most of what the achieved by the nazis was destroyed during and in the second world war. And national debt rose by record 200%. New Communism is oppose to National Socialism. All nazis are racist , nationalist , un-workable and capitlaist friendly. This is one of many versions of capitalism. Capitalism needs markets to survive. To do this. It must conqur lands cut the cost of production and have cheep labour. Since the collaps of the Soviet Union (1922-1991) the capitlaisrs have been pushing and demanding for globalisation of all the world markets. The idea behind globalisation is to flood the market with cheep goods and services at the expence of the working class. And to make westerners compete for jobs against cheep easterners. Another way is to import cheap labour in to the countryto drive down wages. This would cut the cost of production makeing bigger profits for the companies. The Liberal-National government of Australia last year indroduced the new IR lwas (Industrial Relations) reforms that revotionised the work places at the cost of the workers. It is litte more than a new and old attack in a lonf class struggle that has been going on for hundreds of years. People and the capitlaists claim that the class struggle is over. But yet is it that people earn diffrent amounts of money and live in diffrent living condition. Captialism and Fudellism makes class because of its market economic system. New Communism and Communism wants to abolish all classes and form a new classless society. Class depands on few things. One is that the level of income a person earns and another is his or hers position in society. The last on would be the persons status. A good example of class differnce is this. If you had a boss (employer) and a employee (wokrer) who would be a member of a higher class and who would have the hgihest income. The end to the class struggle will only come about with the abolsihment and the end to the Upper capitalist class. The working class labout movments have made many achievements over the years. Our unions have made many achievements like the introduction of the eight hour day. All our achievements are under attack by our old enemy the capitalists who want to take us back to the bard old days of the early 1800's were large numbers of people work in factoriesfor long hours each day. I am talking about the Industrial Revoltion. A larg number of the wokring class does not want to go back to the bard old days of the industrial revolution but yet John Howard's Industrial relations reform people will have no or little choice to sime Australia Work PLace aggreements or have to face the loss of thier jobs. But than the poor peoplewill not be able to get a job start pension from centre link because of once again of John Howardswelfare to work legislation. The evil and right wing capitliasts are trapping people in classess like in the middle ages by using education as a tool of thier regime. What they do is to slash and give as little money to the public eduation department to keep the wokring class as ignorent and dumb as possible means while give millions of dollars to the privit education sector to more and keep the upper capitlaist class as smart and intelligent as possible. By keeping the working class ignorant to a level so they can not group into well organised mass movment.

Part 2 - The failures of other parties , groups and associations.

This part of the New Communist Manifesto will talk about the failures of the opposition parties over the last 300 years. The Australia Labour Party is the oldest party of the working class in our country. But over the years it has become more and more arragant and it's policies and views have slowly become more capitalist and right wing. It acts like it owns the labour-wokers movment. It does not co-operate with other wokring class parties or groups. It is weak and feeble opposition. It is loosing support and members because of its policies and un-workerble views. One good example of Lbaour becomeing more right wing is in New South Wales Labour Government. The New South Wales Labour Government has privities and sold most of the public property. It's policies faver the ruling class (Capitlaist class). It economic policies have destroyed the state's economy so mush that it is now desprit for funding. The state owned public property well what is left of it is degrading away and most of it is out of date. It's transport system is a joke and can't meet the needs of the state's population. It is crumbleing away because of the financial proplem if its own makeing. Now the Labour Governemtn has gotten to a state where it is now makeing deals with the privit sector to build new roads , hospitals and other infrestructur. But the users have to pay a fees to use it and indeed pay to use the roads. Under a Communist government there would be no need to make deals with the privit sector. All governments needs under a communist government will be nothing becuas ewhat they want to do will be serviced by the public secotr. But the Labour Government is not doing what the Communists would do. This year the Labour Government cut the public sector by 4,000 jobs. Makeing the government more relient on the privit secotr where the government will have to pay more tax payers money. The Australian Labour Party over the last 23 years the party have sold off most of the public owned property in the 1980's and early to middle 1990's. The party sold off things like the Commonwealth Brank , Australia Post , Electricity . airlines , ship makeing compnay and arms production factories and companies. New Communism is opposed to any sale of any part of the public sector. The party is nearly controlled by "facless union officials" as John Howard once said. Labour members have little say on the party issues. If any Lbaour Party members dissagrees with the party leaders than they are punished fast as possible and some times kick out the party for good. In Queensland the Labour government has failed with the leath department. In 2005 it was revealed that a indian born doctor called Doctor Death was working in a town called Bundaburg for some time. Wile he was wokring he killed 15 people and ingored 30 others. When it was revealded the health minister was sacked and a royal commission was launched into the health department. No one was convicted and the lieing government of Peter Beatie got off. It was also found that a Russian doctor was working in a Queensland hospital. This doctor sexaroly assaulted a young boy and brain washed him into believeing that the KGB (secret service of the formal Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) ) was hunting him down. The royal commission also found that the Qeensland Health Department was hiding a secret waiting list for years. This proves that there is a health crisis in Queensland. The Labour government has increas the funding of the health service by millions nut little goes into increasing the quality and amount of servvice that the health service provides. Most of the money goes into administration. Sme doctors earn up to 200 thousand dollars a year. Mean wile some poor people go with out medical care and have to pay the full fees for their treatment and medication. The Labour Party did a great thing by creating medicare but now the Howard goverment in destroy it and even underfuncding it. Medicare should rebate all medical and dental services in both public and privit secotrs. Now we should move on to the Greens Party of Australia. It was formed by a environmentaly concerned hippies in the 1970's. It is a radical party but has no alternatives to any other issue on the environment. It is one of many senat partoes and will proberly never ever be in power or get a seat in the lower houses of partliaments in this country. It is a reactiontory party and has little or no infulance over Australian or world politics. The Greens Party is a reactiontory and specialist party. New Communsim is opposed to the Greens Party and the Greens movment as a whole. It solutions on energy can not meet the needs of the six billion peopel in the world and the fourteen billion peopel in the future. It is opposed to nuclear power but new generation of power plants have been created what are harmless to the environment and can't melt down. The New Communsim or any other left wing parties or people should not get involved with the Greens Party or it's movment. It has declining support with the Australian voters. One good example of how the so called wokring class party waht is the AUtsralia Labour Party got involved with the radical Greens in the last election in 2004. Mark Latham the formal federal leader of the opposition did a deal with Bob Brown the leader of the Greens. This is what the deal was. Ig the Greens gave Labour its prefrences at the election than Labour if it came into power would end all logging in Tasmania. That is the biggest betrayal in Labour's History of the working class in that state and indeed the country's history. As a result the Australian Labour Party lost the 2004 election and lost three seats in the state because of the betrayal to the working class. The Greens Party is not and will never be a left wing working class politicla party. Now wemust talk about the Autsralia Democrat Party. The party was formed by a group of concerned people in the 1970's. It was created as a new opposition to the three major parties. It's goals is to protect Australian democracy. But now it has sold out Australian democracy and the Australian public. It made deals with the Liberal-National government to pass bills like the GST and tax reforms including the anty terror laws. The taxes and including the GST brought in by the Howard government and supported by the Autsralian Democrats have raised billions of dollars in tax revenue for the federal government. It help to pass new immgration laws and anty terroism laws that are a attack on freedom of speech and democracy. It keeps on having internal fights about the party's leadership. One time it electeda drunck as leader. The drunckin leader assulted a female member of parliament and was band from the senat for some time. Some time after that he was sacked as leader. Like the Greens Party the Australian Democrats have declining support with voters and the people. At the 2004 the voters were sick of the Australian Democrats , The Green and the Australian Labour Party than as a reslut of this they turned away from them and voted for the Liberals , Family First and the Nationals. The Liberal-National government won a majority in the Senat. The fed up attitude of the voters gave rise to the Family First Party. The new Family First Party won most of it's support and voters in South Australia. South Australia is the heart land of the Australian Democratic Party. It seems to be that the party and the Greens Party will be wipe out at the 2007 election. In Queensland the Labour government will win power in the 2007 state election but will proberly loose some seats and win about oh let just say 59 seats in the lower house. The next four years in till the 2010 election will be a hard time for the three parties. If the Lbaour looses the next federal election than it should sack Kim Beazly as the opposition leader and becme once more a left wing workers party as it was once. If the ALP does not do this than it should be abolished and let some other working class party take the place of the party. New Communsim believes that all wokring class left wing parties , associtions , groups and organisations should unite and form a united working class movment. As one person once said united we stand devided we fall. As for the world. We should have a united working movment. Possiblecalled the International. The International should involv all workers parties around the world. A united workers moment would be a great threat to the upper capitlaist class. So viva the reds.

Part three - Problems and the decline of the Communist Party of Australia.

The fiest Communist Party of Australia (CPA) what was founded in 1920 and abolished in 1991 was a typical Marxist-Leninist left wing working class party. It served the working class for 71 years. At it's hight it had over 20,000 members. The capitlaists tryed to band it two times. ONe in 1940 and the other in 1951. But it fought hard to be a legal democratic party. In 1951 it was up to the Australia people to decide weather to band the CPA or keep it legal. The Autsralian people decided not to believe in the lies told to them by the Robert Menzies government that ruled Australia between 1949 to 1972 when they were defeatted by their enemy the Labour Party. They voted not ot band the Communist Party. This was the last time that the upper class tryed to band the party. In the 1920's a Communist Party candidate was elected into the Queensland Legislative Assemby (Lower house). When the Soviet Union (USSR) declared war on the Nazi Germany after the evil backwards country had invaed the Communist paradice in 1941. Lots of people in support of the party and hte USSR joined the party and were oppose to the rule of the few. The Capitalists saw this as a threat to their power and the Communist Party as a result was band in 1940 for some time. They said that the Communists and the Labour party members were Soviet or Nazi spies for the USSR and Germany. They claimed that they band the party for the war effort. All this was just Capitalist propaganda to brain wash the working class so they would do as they were told and be killed so a few would make a profit. People like in 1951 fought back against the upper class. As a result of the people's remands and disscuss the capitalists back down to the will of the many. During the Cold War a period of time when the upp classes of the western countries that were still capitalist ofuhgt a hate blitz on the working class movment and Communism. The Communist and other battlers of the working class were abuse and hated by some un-educated people. The meida that was owned and run by the Americans that wanted to destroy the Worker's Movment. The CPA was a diffrent alternative to the three parties in Australia. The Australian Labour Party (ALP) kicked out all Communists and supporters of the CPA. A group of people whent on to form the Democratic Labour Party. To this date all Communists are band from the ALP. Some churches have expelled and band all Communsist and other people that aggree with the idea. In the last decades of the party , the party's membership level whent though a stady decline. It was mostly caused by the Soviet invasion of Hunggry in 1956 and of Czech Republic in 1968. After these events people started to leave the party. The joining rate started to fall. By 1985 there around 5,000 members left. In 1974 a group of people did not like the way that the party was hadding and also opposed to Euro-Communsim. The party adopted Euro-Communsim. When all this happended the group just left or was kicked out. This group formed thier own brake away group called the Socialist Party of Australia (SPA) later to be known as the Communist Party of Australia (CPA) . In 1991 membership fell to less than a thousand members. It was than decided that the Communist Party of Australia would be abolish.

Part four - The Communist Party of Australia (Revived).

The Communist Party of Australia formally known as the Socialist Party of Australia and was founded in 1974. It changed it's name at the 8th Party National Congress. It is a Marxist-Leninist party with it's national office in Sydney. It publishes a weeklu news paper called The Guardian for $1.50. It only has under one thousand members. It still has Peter Slymon as General Secretary after 32 years. This party is a great working class party and should be elected into power. But when it enters a candidate it only gets 1% of the vote. All unions and workers should give up the Labour Party and vote or even join the Communist Party. The party nalso publishes the Australian Marxist Review. Communsim is the future. The party also runs the Communist Youth of Australia.
The diea behind it is to get the youth of Australia involved in politics. People think that because of rising living standards and large wages that there is no need for Communsim but this is not true and hte good state of the economy and society is only due to a long term boom in the Chineas and Indian economy that has been going since the 1980's. This has caused the Australian economy to boom as well as a result of the boom in the mine industry and exporting of coal and oil to China. But the trade defficit is at a record high of 800 billion dollars. Eventuly the Chineas and Indian economy will stop growing and peak at some time in the future. The two countries will slip in to a long term resashion and Australia and the world will have a massive crash and have another great depression that will last for a long time. Our nation is dependent on the mine industry and tourism for grouwth. The Liberal-National government has made it easy for companies to take jobs out of the countru to cheaper countries like Red China. They do this to increas theri profits. Because of this Australians are loosing their jobs because of the greed of the upper capitalist class. So people join the fight. Join the Communist Party.

Part five - Reactiontory Parties.

People over the years have formed many new political partis. In 1996 a formal member of the Labour party was kciked out and formed the Australia First Party. A nother group of people formed One Nation Party. A nother good example of a party that aimed to be a new major party was the Democratic Party. All these new parties are all reactiontory. They have little or no support. They also have little or no parlimentry representation. They are no alternative. New Communsim seeks to form a alliance with these three parties but not one were we incourge people to vote for them.

Part six - Policies and views of New Communism.

New Communism believes in a modern version of Marxist-Leninism and we want a Socialist Democratic system. New Communsim believes in Maoism and Trotskyism. We believe in a classless society. A society were all is equal. People should be payed by the amount and the quality of their work and what they produce. All means of production , manufaction and distrabution should be owned by the federal government. The necessary amount should be spent on paying the workers. Another amount should be set aside to pay for the maintanance of the equapment and infrestructure. What left should be given to the government to be spent on health . education , community and other things that will benefit the community as a whole. New Communsim believes that the death penalty must be brought back. It costs the government $120,000 a year to keep a person in jail. That is just a waste of money of these scum of society and a shame to the human race. We beleive that the life sentance must be abolish and replace with the death penalty. People who deservs over 20 years in prison will be killed for their crimes. They can only appeal three times. Their family will be sent a bill of the costs and a fine. All workers should be protected by Industrial Relations system in any way that is in their interests and the interests of their representatives. The government should indroduce a minimum wage what will be determined by the Industrial Relations Commission. Australia and any other country should adopt a centralised system of government that puts nearly all the power of the state in the hands of a group of elected representatives in the country's capital what is Canberra. New Communism aims for the abolishment of all taxes but not the goods and services taxand income tax. To abolsih all Capitalism and it's versions like Fudellism. New Communsim wants to also abolish rates , taxes on land and property. We want to keep agriculture and animal husbandry in the privit sector of the economy. We do not want to totaly get rid of the privit sector all together. We also want to increas production and manufaction of food , goods , chemicals and the basics that are necessary for the community and the people in it as a whole. Australia must build up it's industry and other things to make it self reliant. New Communsim wants to phase out all importing and exporting. National Service or more commonly called conscription should be brought back in to force the young men and women of the ages between 17 to 24 to do more things and to stay fit since they are all fat and stupid. They need to learn self respect and to behave. Australians between 17 and 24 are lazy fat and ignorint and lay on the beaches but fucking the day away and get sun cancer spots every month. Australia and every other country should be free and fare democracy were the government shoud be elected by the people for the people of people. Every one has a right to free education and a free and high quality health service. The federal , state and local governments should provide all services that the community wants and needs. Students at a right age should get a pension to help them at the school regardless of the persons or any one else's income. Government should fund a nationaly own broadcaster that is independent from the government and any one elce bare it's own employees. It should be free of advertismen. All governing bodies should and must serve the interests of the people not the Capitalists and the bid companiese that exploit the working class. A New Communist country or any other group of people will be free and democratic. It should and must protect the wokring class and any one else regardless of race , colour , back round and sex. The price of commondities and interest rates should be fixed by the Reserve Bank of the Commonwealth of Australia. The Australian dollar should also be fixed by the bank to. Freedom of speech should be free and to all in every country, The cost of production should be subsadised and fixed by the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA). Peace should be respected and all conflics must be ressolved by the useing the United Nations (UN). The Australian economy should be planned and the market economy must be ended and replaced with a Communist one. A good example of a planned economy is the Soviet one. People have struggled in the past and the continue to struggle for a better life what is free from Capitalism and the few exploiting the many. One great sruggle was in France before the French revolution in 1789. Eventully the people rised up to end the dictatorship of the King and his heap of yes men and women who made up the Upper the Capitalist class and fought hard and they won. In 1789 will go down in history as the year when the wokring and poor classess over through the King , Queen and Upper Class. They simply got rid of the Fudell monarchy and replaced it with a Capitalist Republic of France.

Part 7 - Conclusion.

To give a summary of this New Communsim:- "It is a modern up to date version of Marxist-Leninism, It seeks to reform society to the likeing of the working class". The Worker's movment will change over time and thus some ideas of Marx , Lenin and Mao will become out od date and will have to be change to sute the circumstances of the era and society. The movment must keep on envolving. If this does not happen and they stand still than they will die and fade away. People should rise up. Join thier local unions or form one. They should form a aprty or join one what has similar views and policies to theirs or to the working class. Unions , parties and people should get their massege across by protesting , creat news papers , radio stations or write to the editor of the local news paper. They should write and print leaflets and hand them out. In conclusion to the New Communism Manifesto I would like to say this "We will rise up , we will fight , we will win and when we win we will wave the red flag and sing the International and celebrate at Canberra in front of the Parliamen house and cry out loud VIVA THE REDS VIVA THE REVOLUTION".
