You could have a look at 'The Struggle to be Human: Crime, Criminology & Anarchism', by L.Tifft & D.Sullivan (Cienfuegos Press). Not read it myself, but it might be useful.

Don't have a book name to hand, but check out labelling theory, it has a lot to say about crime and discourses and can be a good complement to a class analysis of crime.

If i remember correctly the authors paid for the printing costs because Cienfuegos wouldn't publish it otherwise.i could be wrong tho and just be spreading false rumors. Having read it a long time ago, i don't think it was anything special, although it might a place to strart as it will be dirt cheap as it didn't sell well. Has Freedom got any copies knocking around still.

I agre with the above poster that you should get Foucouallt.

You could also write something about the political trials in so called democracies for examle Abu Jamal and Jeffrey Luers in USA or the Gothenburg trials in Sweden.

There is also an issue of the Situationist Internationale that is about crime as classwar in which they claim that youth criminals are the new DADA. An easier to find article might be Why i love shoplifting, published in Days of war nights of love (Crimethinc) if you want to show some pro crime material.
