Arrests during Queens Maundy Thursday Visit to Wakefield!

Nice to see this demonstration happening again!

The distribution of the Maundy money is when the Queen gives pretend money to pensioners, usually in a cathedral city. If she cares so much, why no give them real money - her own would do for starters!

The total arrests was apparently 13 - unable to find out if people have been released yet, and what, if anything they have been charged with.

Well...yeah if it was kids demonstrating a real and definite anti-state sentiment and that, but I kinda got the feeling it was just some kinda practical joke.
