i've just returned from a picket line at one of the Fire stations in the West Mids.

If you don't already know Firefighters in the region are striking over changes in holiday arrangements, work times and travel arrangements. They went on strike monday just gone from 7pm-10pm and are on strike today from 7am-10am.

The mood was pretty positive, even if it's bloody freezing. The particular fire station i popped into is off any main roads and they were stoked that people were going out their way to pop in for a chat and to give some suipport. A number of them favour going on an allout indefinite strike

They'll be striking again next monday and thursday so everyone in the midlands go out and give your support!

Cool. So we supported the NATFHE strike yesterday and the FBU strike today. Ambulance and council workers strike will be more strikes to support.

Did you take any Brum Brums down?
