isnt it true that the new pope is politically inclined to the far right, or did I read it wrong and he dresses to the far right.

doesn't surprise me in the slightest
it wasn't that long ago that the dead pope john paul beatified Cardinal Stepinac who gave his blessing for the nazi puppet state of croatia in 1942 and called on catholics to pray for the well being of the fascist state and its leaders
here he is hanging out with ante pavelic the ustashe leader whose stated policy of kill a third, expel a third, convert a third, even had hitler telling him to tone things down a bit as he was giving fascism a bad name
i wouldn't be surprised if gotovina meets an untimely death in the near future, his evasion from capture has stimmied croatia's EU aspirations, however there's not a hope in hell of the USA allowing gotovina a stage to explain some of the facts behind operation storm that the USA backed and gotovina executed
i predict he'll he'll be "accidently" killed during a capture attempt, aided by US special forces
