An Ecology of Freedom - Social Ecology conference, London, March 17th

An Ecology of Freedom:
Creating Democratic Alternatives

A one day conference exploring the relevance of social ecology. Workshops and talks addressing local democratic organising, dismantling hierarchies, what a post-capitalist society would look like and building for change in the here and now.

Social ecology - a politics and philosophy placing the roots of ecological problems in unequal social relations; an attack on hierarchy and domination; a search for a new society based on local face-to-face democratic self-management.

I'd love to get to this event. March is looking a bit hectic what with fleeing the country and everything. If I don't make it then the very best of luck, hope you get a huge crowd!
