It seems smarter to have the last post the first to view.

you;ve already got a thread for this.

and it doesn't seem smarter to anyone else, so i doubt the admins are going to be arsed switching everything around on your whim.

Not asking for whim stuff , but I think the forum would be a lot more reactive (read spontaneous) if new posts were first.

It's counter-intuitive, and not how all the other tens of thousands of internet forums work. I don't think it's a good idea.
