Printing forum topics

Tree murderer that I am I printed off a few forum discussions just before leaving work today only to find that I'd printed off the initial post, a few blank pages, then another seemingly random post from the same topic followed by more blank pages. The same thing happened to all 3 discussions I tried to print. Anyone else have this trouble?

Still the same problem - print preview shows a page of content, lots of blank pages with a page or so of posts about halfwy through.

Any admins know what's up?

Looks like the print thing isnt integrated with the forums module. So its just printing as if it was a node. Hmm..

probably need to do a feature request on the module to include comments.

I reckon our best bet is to change to a semantically correct css theme which strips out the side panels automatically for printing - then we won't need a seperate module at all.

That's going to take a few weeks at least to sort out though people so hold on!

I think we can do it a different, and better, way. But we've never done anything like it before so it won't happen very, very quickly.

Hope that one makes sense wink
