rss feeds not working

I used firefox 2.0.0.3 on Win XP.

trying to subscribe to a feed - whether using Firefox Livemarks or Google Reader - doesn't work. i think part of the problem is that HTML is being returned instead of XML.

Try this feed here:
http://libcom.org/forums/feedback-0/feed

So, instead of something like this (the 'news.com' feed):
