And now if you've got firefox, you can install the libcom firefox search plugin from http://libcom.org/notes/search (rest of page to be updated).

I'm halfwit when it comes to computers so bear with me. I used to use firefox and now (for some reason I'm not sure of) have a Mozilla suite instead of just firefox. Does the firefox plugin work with what I'm using?

Should do, not tested it though. But you should be able to tell just by clicking on the link. It's very unlikely to do any harm.

Loving the new search box box, we need a littleicon next to it to download the plugin or something tho. Maybe like a little arrow point down.

Fuck we definetly need a little magnifying glass icon next to it which has transparency on it so it focusses on click. We need that for the whole box actually.

ooh, that'd be nice. Eventually, we should redo the plugin as opensearch instead of sherlock so it's cross-browser - I think (only think) opensearch works with ff, opera, IE7.

That's exactly what it needs, my attempts at go and search buttons looked horrible.

what an onclick thing? that's partially there with the text, can probably find some kind of css/js to add extra stuff to it.
