Does Libcom allow users to add poems to the site? If so, which guidelines should I follow to add a poem?

Thanks,
Chris

I'm sorry, Refused. I suppose I didn't make clear that I was addressing my question to people who are serious about this stuff. Besides, I bet you're one of those jock-types "who talks with his fists instead of using his head, who beats the shit out of anything he can't understand."

Cheers, Comrade!

Refused is a notorious bully and will hopefully be banned from the site soon.
Libcommunity is probably your best bet Chris, there was a poetry thread before you might want to look at that so you know what you're letting yourself in for.

Jambo, that's perfectly OK if that's how you feel. Who am I say that you have to feel the opposite? Nevertheless, I feel that poetry (or, for that matter, any other form of art like music and painting) is a good medium for expressing one's feelings about something--in this case, Communism. I don't know. Maybe that's just me. I just feel that my criticisms of things like capitalism, imperialism, etc., are more poignant and sarcastic when written in poetic form as opposed to prose. But, like I said, if you don't care for poetry, that's fine. My only problem with Refused was the rudeness of his post, not necessarily his disagreement with me.

Solidarity with Refused. Ban Christians. And their sympathisers.

Carousel is talking about me, in case anyone even cares. Yes, it's true: I'm a Christian. (Gasp!) But I'm not interested in any religious debates. I post on these forums because I largely agree with the left Communist views of libcom. Ban me if you want; I'm a left-wing Communist with or without these forums.

By the way, Carousel, I'm not too sure what my religious beliefs have to do with my original question regarding the posting of poetry anyway.

Jef, I also want to thank you for the link to the poetry thread. It was very helpful.

You're perfectly free to write poetry on the forums, surely? I don't see why you need to ask permission. Or ask for a blog?
