also i think that the formatting has changed: before log in the text runs all the way across the screen. obv not a problem, i'm just noticing.

Every new day my password becomes "no good" or I am not doing something right so that it tells me my password is wrong. I have to tell the system that I "forgot" my password and then go back to my email and get a "one time free pass" and then I get to try to "change" my password. I think I have done this like six or seven times and it always works the same way. Each time I send a "response" to whomever or whatever it is that sends me my "free pass" and tell "them" what is going on but I think it is a black hole.
At any rate perhaps someone could tell me what has to happen for this to work so I can figure out what I am doing wrong each day. Yes. Some days I have "changed" the password and some days I have not. It seems to make no difference.

The one time pass e-mail is likely a black hole.
If you get stuck and you're sure it's the right password, best thing would be to try again with a different browser like firefox or chrome (or clear the cookies in your main browser if you know how to do that).
