Omit Libcommunity from the Search function

I vote for this to be done. Last night I searched South Africa under an advanced search (looking for some Abahali stuff) and it looked pretty disgusting to be honest. What do you reckon?

Actually, I think we should ditch the internal search function completely and just replace it with an internal Google search. I never use the internal search function anyway, just Google "whatever libcom", because the internal search function always seems to show up useless forum posts first. And it's slower.

This is in the pipeline to sort out, but there's a lot of other stuff to sort out beforehand, so it might take a little while.
