Yesterday I submitted a report on the protestor in London who was killed during the G20 protest in London. I thought the subject was important to post. Today I can't find it on the site. Has it been removed? And if so why? Thanks

Hmm, strange, I took the posting in the newswire down coz I saw there was a thread in the forums (which I thought was more apt anyway).. dunno where it's gone now though.. sad

Which post was that Ed - I see two threads on the G20 neither of which mentioned the death of the protestor.

Isn't this censorship by any other name?

Indeed there are 2 identical posts "I am a new anarchist", perhaps one of those should have been taken down?

Sorry, I wasn't being clear.

I thought you'd posted the thread twice (once as news and once on the forums), so I deleted one of them (the news one because I thought it was more apt in the forums). Now I can't find the other one either so I'm sorry, if you want to post it again then go for it. No censorship, just human error..

sad

They don't owe anyone a platform.

Nobody said they did Weeler....

Fair dues Ed though the information is common news by now so there's no need to repost. I was alarmed by how the cops said the man died of 'natural causes' - this can only be determined by the Coroner after autopsy. Even if he did die of a heart attack it was the police tactic of kettling which may well have brought it on. The fact that he may not have been a protestor will no doubt be used to assist the drafting of new legislation on protests so they can be further tokenised and robbed of their potential. The witch hunts have already begun.
