I actually prefer the old design/layout 
Espec on the forums where it there doesn't seem to be any clear deliniation between posts (and I preferred having a few more news stories on the front page too)
But in general, nice work catch! Upgrading can be a fucking mission, and it all seems to have gone relatively smoothly (on this side at least).
Love the improved usability/searchability in history and library especially.

Cool, sounds good.
Also noticed when you double quoted catch (my quote inside JK's quote) that because there is no outer border around the quotes, the bottom line of JK's quote (finishes with "module we used before.") is same colour and has no separation from your "Same here too."

Dunno if I've just missed this and it's changing ( 
) but I really like the lack of drop-down menus on the top bar. It definitely makes the site feel "cleaner" to me. Dunno if it's less functional, but to me it feels a lot better.
