Tidying sector tags

Just a reminder catch, and I spotted some more. I'm sure there are some more I've forgotten:
tag - sector they need to be moved into
utilities - services
Call centres - services
distribution - transport
writers - media
prisons - military
Homelessness shouldn't be in claimants. I think we should move all the content of their into the tag "housing". Then homelessness should be deleted.
We could then move housing into public sector, or just leave it has a tag. I suppose it's better just as a tag.
Mining should move from energy to manufacturing and materials
Garment industry should also be in manufacturing and materials
Refuse collection and fire service should be moved from services to public services.
The tag water should be in services
