Something I've always wondered....... How is Freedom organised/ran? ie the relationship between the shop, the Press and the paper. Who owns the building (if this this is the case.) Relationship between paid employees and volunteers.(if this is the case) How is the decision/management process enacted. Do you think this would be an interesting article for the paper. I am sure I am not the only curious person.
Briefly, afaia the building is held in trust by the Friends of Freedom, the day to day running is generally overseen through the monthly collective meetings, and carried out by individuals. All sections of the press are part of the general collective making process.
In terms of relationships between members of the collective, paid and unpaid, I ain't gonna go into how we all relate here though
