what about wine ... I like especially Italian reds like Primitivo, Nero d'Avola or Sangiovese and Anatolian reds like Buzbag or Yakut (haven't found a place in the UK which sells them cry )

This is what Turkish people call "köpek öldüren", which translates as something like 'dog killer'.

No, it is a general term for really low quality cheap wine. It is also applied to awful wine from Central and Western Turkey.

the Buzbag by Kavaklidere is definitely not cheap (but also not expensive) and from the East (Xarpêt/Elazığ) ... similar to the German term "Dreimännerwein" (three men's wine), two must hold the third so that he can swallow the stuff

Buzbağ and Kavaklıdere are different companies. I think the cheapest things from Buzbağ cost about 14 YTL, which is not the absolute bottom of the market, but pretty close to it.

Tottenham high road, most Turkish off licenses in Tottenham or Hackney. I had a nice bottle of Buzbag my dad got for me not long ago because I live in the fucking countryside and people drink random bits of fermented animal carcasses.
In terms of wine I tend to go for anything from St Emilion, especially Lussac St Emilion but that's hardly rocket science.
A less popular region like Fitou or Cahors is often very nice if you go above the bottom rung and usualy cheaper than for popular regions like any of the Bordeaux.

I don't make it that often to that area, unfortunately ... a friend told me, that there a even people in Britain, who do think, that Liebfrauenmilch is proper wine

there was definitely a Buzbag, produced by Kavaklidere a couple of years ago
