OK, after reading their site as best I could, they're autonomous from existing parties and states. They seem to have a fair amount of Leninism in their ideas.
Last time i googled them, a year or so ago, i found several items on Mexico DF corporate news sources that led me to believe they scare the crap out of the Mexican right. One columnist I recall was outraged about FPFV having an army of cab drivers posed to shut down the capital. Sounded like a union to me.

I've heard distant rumors about the FPFV for several years but they've been slow to put up an internet presence, till now. Apparently there's been a split over the mass organization and political parties, with the FPFVI favoring complete autonomy from party and state.
