question concerning egypt

this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CZE5xnijnx4&feature=youtu.be shows a demonstration of egypt workers against the military-regime. what they shout during the march can be seen in english subtitles. one slogan is: "tora prison is ruling egypt". any suggestions what that means ? (I firstly thought of the jewish thora, burt perhaps it is just the name of someone from the ruling military ?)
thx

Tora is the name of the infamous secret police's prison. Where people are sent to get tortured and sometimes to get disappeared. So what they're shouting is basically that the country is run by the mukhabarat.

mukhabarat is just the Arabic for 'secret police/services'.
