Revolutionary Trivia: Was Pannekoek ever a member of the KAPD?

just wondering if he was?
i know he alternated between the dutch and german council communist movements

I actually have no idea. I know he supported the KAPD against the Third International in World Revolution and Communist Tactics, although he was critical of the idea that capitalism had entered it's final phase of existence. He also wrote pieces in the KAPD journals. A quick google search reveals that John Gerber's piece on Pannekoek (Anton Pannekoek and the Quest for an Emancipatory Socialism) has a passing reference to him as a member of the KAPD.
