I think most of us here would say that anarchism and communism are pretty much inseperable from a logical point of view. Glad you seem to agree.

I would say, don't share too much personal info on the net in general, and particularly when it's related to sites like this. It's not a big deal, but keeping a bit of on-line privacy is sensible cos schools, employers and governments do sometimes use online information against people.

I wouldn't consider anarcho capitalism to be not a form of anarchism, and I still have allot of friends and contacts on the other side, i sometimes feel I'm on a bridge, halfway between communism and capitalism (stefan Molyneux is one of my bigger influences (state as family, child parent voluntaryism) (on the more authoritarian side theoretically, but in practice more egalitarian (based on activity in agorist projects, no ancap I've ever known has worked for wages)

hi
"anarcho" capitalism has nothig to do with anarchism.
wage labour is in itself hierarchical, capitalism is based on wage labour, therefore it is inherently hierarchical and contrary to anarchism.

also for the vary start anarchism has been anti capitalist.

Glad to have you, iexist.

There are plenty of resources on libcom to help you figure out where you stand politically.

As for myself, I don't want to "be" any political flavour. I am committed, and I think that's the important thing.

Good luck !

15 year old and anarcho communist having read homage to catalonia. Fuck, I thought it was the libcom consensus that I have good politics for my age compared to what others were like in their youth, but you are giving me a run for my money by the sounds of it. I have not even read any political book apart from Hegemony or Control by Chomsky, let alone Homage to Catalonia tongue

p.s dont you dare steal the concept of reporting on political goings on in your school from an anarchist perspective, thats mine loltongue

In practice it isn't, it allows for wage labor, but the number of agorists (anarcho capitalists who create a black market by their principles, that will eventually overthrow the state in self defense) who work for wage labor is zero, either thats because their all anarchists (and anarchists are anti authoritarian) or that know one would work for wages without a state

Good going mate. I think I was 14 or 15 when I first read What is Property? by Proudhon which made me anarchist inclined, but I only became a proper convinced anarchist after getting my first job at McDonald's aged 16. And also writing for my school paper criticising the invasion of Afghanistan at about the same time. So, yeah, you've definately got a couple of years on me wink

It took me a few weeks, but I was always anti authoritarian and didn't get into a good indoctrination center (public school) until I was 8 or 9 so I didn't have statist controls
