I see Tangent Books have just re-issued this lost anarchist classic where the fiendish Rudolf Hartmann rains terroror on the Cityof London from his airship The Attila destroying parliament, St.Pauls, Big Ben while inciting an uprising of nihilists. Some top illustrations by Raddiohead's artist Stanley Donwood - all thatand razor sharp analysis from the 16 year old author.
It's available for free at the Internet Archive - including as a pdf scan of the original book. (Although the illustrations aren't very well scanned).
(Although it was digitized by google you won't find the full text at google books - you will find a link to where you can buy it of course.).
