Speaking of academic Marxist journals. I have most, if not nearly all the issues of Historical Materialism in PDF. I'd rather not put them online because I know they don't appreciate that. But if there is an issue any one wants let me know, and I will send it to you.

Hello,

Could anyone please help me to find a paper with the application of state-derivation approach to the Third World conditions:

I strongly needed this for my research but in country where I live international inter-library loans are virtually non-existent and it is not available at any online store of used books. So the only chance for me is to expect that some person with rather close views help.

It is my first post here, sorry if the topic is inappropriate for this. I understand that starting posting on forum with the request is not quite polite but personally I'm active in book scanning in other places. I maintained 'marxism' bookshelf on Library.nu and scanned even one of the books that are mentioned in this topics, I mean Holloway & Picciotto, State and Capital and then put it on Libgen and Aaaaarg (I was glad to discover it here on Libcom, now it is easily searchable on the web).
