I suppose absence does make the heart grow fonder, I think libcom could raise money by charging an entry fee for your upcoming meet and greet. (I reckon I could blag it in for free thanks to the blog smile )

LR - That's an excuse! The job involves constant - Business class of course - European travel. So it doesn't really matter where you are based. Hope this informs your decision-making process. wink

I don't even drive anymore. I've done the "constant travel" thing, and I'm not going back to it unless I have to.

Aw my old manager came over to my new place today and gave me a bunch of presents. Pretty cool ones as well, esp for a p/t temp job! (cafetiere, coffee, fancy popcorn and some Curzon vouchers 8) - a lot better than my 3-and-a-half-fucking-years-at- CharityX crappy present). That was nice.

Steven - Your old boss sounds amazing! No wonder you didn't want to leave! Which is exactly what you were saying at the start of this thread. Continuity in a light thread - there's a thing! Hope your new boss is as cool. Whatever level of job you get. And you know my views on that! 8)

Ha thanks LW. No well the new one... let's not even start on that. Hopefully I'll just get a new job and not have to worry about that!
