frozen blueberries - fucking amazing, actually not really a fad, pretty much everyday
i recently went through a phase of having a blueberry and apple mini-crumble thing everyday for about two weeks
Nutritional yeast flakes on everything
Lat month I went through a phase of cooking traditional type shit like mash, veg, gravy - it was good










For me this week its;
1. Chocolate milk (never tried it before and now I'm on 4 cartons a day).
2. Wheat germ (holy fuck, how nutritious is this shit?)
3. frozen banana (fuck it in a blender with the above two; breakfast)
Last months fads still going strong;
1. Steak (every day, twice a day when possible)
2. Oats (jumbo ones preferably)
What do other people here eat to improve their lives?
