Jess, come on MSN, me and Jenni are lol Fritzling like it was May 2008!

14 July, 2008 - 18:03

Whey powder! Even milk or cottage cheese would do. Chicken breasts too. Fish. All cheap, all good proteins.

Soya.

Soya as virtually no fat, is high in fibre and is a good source of protein, whey and meat have huge drawbacks in the same light. And as the OP asked its very versatile.

Soy protein is rubbish for building muscle mass. Whey and meat based proteins fucking own for building lean mass. Jack is looking to maximise his gym gains.

14 July, 2008 - 23:29

not so much lolfritzling as discussing whether the hippocratic oath specifically prohibits locking your daughter in a cellar for 24 years and raping her repeatedly, fathering seven of her children and burning the body of one.

also: turkey is shit, it's only nice at christmas because it's a tradition. pineapple and cottage cheese is lovely.

well he is doing shitloads of leg presses because that's the only fun machine, i'm not sure that counts wink

15 July, 2008 - 08:27

Leg press is the poor man's squat, just do squats jack. Lunges if you must.

15 July, 2008 - 09:11

The leg press is amazing. My favourite hobby.

o hai, libcommunity presupposes a more informal way of communicating info, not a non-existent one. tongue

15 July, 2008 - 13:23

15 July, 2008 - 13:27

I find a good strategy is to get into an unspoken, yet very real war with revol68 after you both vow to get fit in a close time period.

15 July, 2008 - 13:34

Muscular revol? Blimey there's a thought...

15 July, 2008 - 13:37

I am going to win.

15 July, 2008 - 13:39

To be fair, you had more muscle than him to start with just in your right hand.

well my right collarbone is still out of place after a car crash last year. so i mainly don't know how much i'm actually able to do, as push ups and shit are a bit too much with it.

i'm mainly thinking about doing nuff sit ups every day and starving myself. sounds like a good plan, word?

15 July, 2008 - 14:51

Sit ups are not even a real exercise, they also dont actually give you abs. Collarbone is a sensitive spot alright, spot of cardio would sort you out. You may need to leave the house for that though.

15 July, 2008 - 17:23

nah I had cardio at the time, mainly for my broken knee. didn't get the collarbone back in place. it'd actually have to be rebroken to do so and the doctors couldn't be bothered with that.

guess i'll just run around like a moron until the stomach's gone then.

15 July, 2008 - 17:34

It takes all the running you do to stay in the same place.

15 July, 2008 - 20:21

lifting is over rated. I'm up to 10 miles on my long runs, and can do 8 in an hour and fifteen minutes on my tempo runs.
