itt: the king of last week

6 October, 2008 - 11:31

fuck off Weeler, Alan only just found out

anyway, I'm like, eh, 90% vegan, and to be honest thinking of going back, this week was an anticlimax

6 October, 2008 - 11:40

Have you eaten steak? Eat some steak. Drink a glass of milk too. Actually, just stay vegan but switch over to whey powder and you will be HooooJ

6 October, 2008 - 11:47

surprised

6 October, 2008 - 11:47

pretty much what I'm doing
plus the odd scone, pure decadence like

6 October, 2008 - 12:34

I sold out a three year veganism for M&Ms and Greggs sausage rolls. It was the wisest move I've ever made.

6 October, 2008 - 13:32

I believe the button has a similar story involving a bacon sandwich.

6 October, 2008 - 14:08

that burger might look good if someone didnt sneeze on it sad

6 October, 2008 - 14:42

That burger looks unrealistic, heres the truth...

6 October, 2008 - 14:53

Did xconorx eat meat or something - what have I missed?

6 October, 2008 - 15:01

No, as from my few posts on this thread it should be obvious, I quit being vegan after 9yrs, but am still mostly only eating vegan stuff, just having the odd scone or two now. Nothing exciting really.

6 October, 2008 - 15:03

sorry, it wasn't obvious. I'll be quiet now.

6 October, 2008 - 15:28

Yeah it was a real riddle

6 October, 2008 - 15:36

to be honest it's all a load of ballicks, being vegan was probably better
plus JDMF told me off wink

And I'm 12% pregnant tongue

Before you go back you must eat: smoked salmon (treat yourself to the good stuff) some decent cumberland sausages, a proper rare steak, make a soup with proper stock, fish and chips and of course some fried chicken with hot wings.

Actually why the fuck would you go back to not eating all of that stuff.

6 October, 2008 - 17:07

Fucking glorified fussy eater is all he is.

Well given i don't eat that stuff anyway and haven't done for over 11yrs I'm not sure what you're saying here, I don't eat meat, haven't done in a long time so I can't go back to not eating it, given i never gave up not eating it.
Well cos I still think veganism makes a lot of sense, and as a vegan I ate cleaner than pretty much anyone I knew. Plusthere was a still a large ethical dimension to being vegan for me, my decision to stop was a pragmatic one based on practicality - I just got sick of travelling places, eating out and having black tea and no buns while everyone else stuffed their faces wink
Restaurants were generally fine, but cafes, and travelling were a pain in the arse!

6 October, 2008 - 18:51

I'm saying that these are things you should eat before you went back to being vegan. Then I realised how wrong it was that someone would not eat those things.

I ate vegetables for dinner. I am still hungry.

6 October, 2008 - 18:59

We could compare diets to see who's healthier, or some sporting f'eats of strength', like during Festivus, to see if my diet is as deficient as you say it is wink

6 October, 2008 - 19:26

You've seen my post about chocolate haven't you smile
In terms of feats of stregth I might do ok as I've got a 50% weight advantage. As long as I don't have to do anything for longer than about 17 seconds, I shouldn't run out of breath.
I am getting better at cycling I think, it's half an hour to school and they've got me in there twice a week already.

6 October, 2008 - 21:34

It's not a real steak if you don't feel hungover the morning after.

Oh fuck, I ate that on Tuesday and Friday and had a fried soda w' 3 fried sausages, 3 fried slices of bacon and the greasiest egg on Saturday and Sunday. Today an omlette and five wee bits of steak. I feel ill.

7 October, 2008 - 09:48

Thats how you maintain your young man's physique.

7 October, 2008 - 10:52

Well that and going to the gym twice a year and telling everyone about it heehee wink
