How fucking stupid is Ebay?

Like, if your listing includes swear words, either in title or description or anywhere, they refuse to make it publicly searchable, so no-one sees your item and it doesn't sell - they still take your money for it though.

So I was selling a Dead Prez 'fuck the law' 12",
then I had to change it to **** the law
they still wouldn't list it cos apparently that's an obvious attempt to hide a swear word... eh and?
so now it's 'beep' the law which sounds retarded

Are you spamming your new business?
By the way you've left the word 'shit' in the description smile

I have 3 GG ALLIN 7"s for sale on eBay which are not searchable because one of them has 'Outlaw Scumfuck' on it. If anyone wants 3 GG ALLIN 7"s....

serious Notch8, change the titles, I didn't realise the policy for ages and wondered why a few things didn't sell
it was cos my descriptions were stuff like
'shite christian hardcore DO NOT WANT'
'this is really shit, please take this away from me'

I mean it was funny at the time, but like, i relisted things 3 times before I realised!!!

Words like "beep" and "Beep" aren't technically swearing, so if the rule is "no swearing" you could still say "that beeping rule is beeping beeped up". If you wanted to.
