I suppose the best known is the theme tune to Rocky, which Barry McGuigan (and counless others used)

Michael Watson was the first British boxer to use LL Cool J's "Mama Said Knock You Out" whilst Mike Tyson used to come in to an old-fashioned air raid siren and spotlight.

The best I have seen in recent years is Hackney boxer Ian Napa, who came in to "Welcome to Jam Rock" in front of a very hostile crowd of Irish travellers when he fought Martin Power for the British bantamweight title.

I don't recall the name of either the boxer nor the singer, but once I was watching Eurosport and saw this fighter coming to the ring with an Orthodox Jew singing reggae music behind him. Not only was the music not that bad, but it somehow suited the whole choreography of the entrance. I think if I ever had to put on a pair of trunks and go into the ring, I would give him a call on the telephone.

Laurel and Hardy is a good one.

"You think you're a man" by Divine would be good.

ive thought about this for a little while and ive have to say....

killing in the name-Rage Against the Machine

would be pretty mint, although i'm not a massive fan there is one particular Korn song that a local thai boxer enters the ring to that is brilliant entrance music.

Of course if you know your going to win and dont require inspiring music i think Billy Pipers-because we want to would be amusing

I would like to go with And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead - the intro to the Worlds Apart album. It's about the most epic bit of music ever. it ends pretty abruptly and needs something to follow it so that could be El-P - Fantastic Damage, just briefly before fading out.

Or I could have something lameting my imminent ass-kicking... neutral
