Journalists, wikipedia, etc.

I just went to edit a wikipedia page while at work, not to vandalise but to add something (with a reference) and got a message saying my IP is banned for;

"reblock for anonymus due to heavy disruption from this address"

Which I guess means either the journalists or the advertising sales people were up to hijinx.

Does a student placement doesn't count as a real job though?

15 May, 2008 - 11:11

Its not a placement. Its a fucking job. I have never been on a placement in my life. I work here. sad

why don't you interview me for your job?
I'd do a good interview

15 May, 2008 - 13:28

Cool. What news do you have thats specific to Dublin North?

15 May, 2008 - 13:40

Eh, that i once went to DCU and gave a talk to science teachers - you could put it on the front page.

15 May, 2008 - 13:44

You only go on the front page if you have cancer or some other disease that will kill you eventually and are willing to rage against the local machine. Thats my policy. If you're a model and have done something even vaguely interesting (or not, on a slow week) you can also get on there as an off-lead.

So if you go to DCU again and get aids or get in the nip I will make you a star.

YES!
Expect news!

15 May, 2008 - 13:58

I imagine you could take up the whole cover by simply getting nude and then infecting people with the aids. Don't forget though - consent is important. Serious.

15 May, 2008 - 14:47

I imagine if one was the kind of person running about naked in public and infecting people with AIDS, one probably wouldn't be too concerned about consent.
