sleep? it's 2 in the afternoon you crazy man.
LibCom IRC Chat - anyone keen?
Connection to irc://irc.indymedia.org/ (irc://irc.indymedia.org/) refused.
Thats really odd. I'm on there right now. Try irc://irc.indymedia.org:6667
edit: what client are you using?
just get mIRC.
download it, install it, open it, and type this:
/server irc.indymedia.org
it'll log you in, type /join #libcom
Come keep me company on IRC for the next little while - oh joy!
If you're keen, you can get online via an IRC client (I reccomend XChat) or at http://chat.indymedia.org - just put #libcom in the "Extra Channels" box.
If connecting with an IRC client, connect to irc.indymedia.org - port 6667 (or 995 for SSL).
Yeah.... so I can only connect to IRC if I use the land-line internet at the university. If I use the wireless all of the ports are blocked.
The land-line is on the opposite side of the room of the outlets, and my cat-5 is only about 5 feet long. So... anybody have it in their heart to install an IRC applet on their website (or better yet... on LibCom)?
Does http://chat.indymedia.org not work for you?

It's really very easy

So, my sleep has been somewhat lacking of late, and when bored I tend to go on IRC. Anyone keen to have a LibCom room? Could have it on the Indymedia IRC server, nice and easy.
I'm gonna be on #libcom on Indy IRC for the next few hours if anyone wants to join me. If people are keen could make it a permanent thing.
