We should have a science forum. Failing that, someone explain to me a good theory of Abiogenesis, I just don't get how it could happen.

Weeler - on abiogenesis read either what I wrote about life from non-life in the 'responding to my christian sister' thread
or check out the Miller-Urey experiment. It's basically the most convincing model and demonstration of how self-replicating organic molecules can come into existence from non-living matter.
