it is. if hibs made a big deal of signing someone from york city (mid-table in the conference) and rangers contine to have filip sebo on their books, then it is.

Plus Windass was shite when he played for Hull City first time round (then in the old Division 3), went to Dundee United and became some sort of goalscoring prodigy.
