While the GMB one sounds asap, isn't that them just going through the legal loopholes rather than actual advise? Given the GMB, i'd assume the actual advice is radically different for each region.

I actually liked the "I was scared by the scary picket line so I went home" advice.

I particularly liked this anti-strike argument from the BBC site:

Quote:
If we could ALL go on strike what then?

WHAT THEN!?!? eek

It would be anarchy surely? tongue

This is a corker.

The saddest thing about these strikes has to be that hardly anyone has noticed let alone been affected - and there are supposedly 600,000 of them ! Council workers are totally irrelevant to the lives of most people. They are just useless parasites.

BBC 'Have Your Say' is fucking amazing sometimes. The way people can begin sounding vaguely rational then within the space of a sentence are calling for hoodies to be hanged and lesbian al-quaida terrorists to be shot into the sun smile I particularly like the way this guy goes from lamenting the lack of impact of the strikes to calling public sector workers parasites in a single breath. Classic.
