Translate this CNT sticker for me

My mum brought me back some CNT prop from a trip to Barcelona, amongst which is a fucking weird sticker I can't make head nor tail of. I'll get a picture of it up later, but basically it's a black and white picture of a kinda muscular model-type guy, naked, covering his genitals with his hands, with a black strip covering his eyes. The text reads:
Este tipo confio una vez en las promesas de su comite de empresa. NO COMETAS EL MISMO ERROR. No dejes que otros decidan por ti... Organizate y lucha.
Now, I get the general idea, but would be grateful if someone with better Spanish could tell me what all that's about.

That's what I thought, it was the first sentence that was really bugging me though. I'd be interested to see a haddock themed sticker.

No it's not the bosses, it's the "comite de empresa" - the works councils the other unions and CGT take part in. It looks like it's saying that's what happens when you trust the works councils. Then madashell's bit.
But then I don't speak a word of Spanish.

I mean, he doesn't look particularly upset about being naked on a CNT sticker. In fact he looks quite relaxed. "Don't trust the works councils, or you'll end up a muscular, handsome yet anonymous naked man on a sticker". It needs some more sadism.

Though my Spanish is a bit rubbish, so it might be something about haddock, for all I know.
