Because to Irish and British people (alongside aussies and new zealanders... and a few odd canadians. basically the white english speaking world bar america), the word "cunt" used in such a context is friendly and shows a great deal of comradery. ya cunt.

syndicalist this is an attempt to put it in context, a woman called round here earlier and when I opened the door her greeting to me was "bout ya ya cunt?" on leaving "see ya later ya cunt". This neither offended me for being called it or her who should in yer opinion be offended by it cos shes a woman. And she's an anarchist & feminist & i've called her a cunt on numerous occasions without causing offence to her or womankind.
