What is the worst record you've ever paid for?

Come on, be honest! However cool we may aspire to be, we all have a few horrors lurking in our music collections. What is the worst record/song you actually paid good money for and didn't e.g. accidentally inherit in a break-up from a crap ex. And was there a reason for this temporary loss of sanity? Mine is so embarrassing I cringe as I type this - it is (drum roll) Phil Collins - Hello I Must Be Going! My pathetic justification at the time - erm quite liked the production values embarrassed

Can anyone top this horror?

LOL my mate bought that too, and he's never heard the end of it!

And the Bassist was a fecking minger, although the presence of someone with a vagina in a metal band was enough to earn her Kerrang babe of the year or something.

Bradley....

Well if he's the same age as you, he was old enough to know better!

Anyway, rayna was tiny with chubby cheeks and mental probelms - i thought you'd be well into her?

I'll confess I too bought the coal chamber album in 97, I was 16!

Maybe Clawfinger, jesus they were shite.

"Nigger. Nigger nigger nigger niggger nigger. You're the real niggers"

"Talkin black pride and you call yourself a nigger. Don't bring yourself down cos it just don't figure. Take a look at yourself and youir history, you don't look like a goddamn nigger t me. It's a negative word and the white man made it. Gave you a name to dominate and trade it."

Erm Revol, what's good about someone being a proto Katie Melua? Surely the dullest woman ever to record anything. Unless anyone can think of anyone duller. Her using her crap song for that stupid sofa advert over and over made me want to hurl. And I'm with Zobag..time for you to 'fess up. wink

eek bizarre this very morning I woke up to the sound of "C'est la vie...". It wasn't even on the radio, just came to me as I was waking up.

It's getting creepy...

Nelly Furtado, Gorrillaz, Exploring the Secrets of Treating Deaf Mutes and numerous Sonic Youth albums.

My excuse for buying the aforesaid records is that I thought I'd written all the popular music of the last 25 years and so had to collect it all, although I did draw the line at Robbie Williams. grin
