Because it follows a process of observation and reasoning. the outcome may be irrational, but the initial process - watching, listening, considering, is not. Its just when other emotions/considerations kick in that the outcome gets screwed up to fit whatever it is you are uncertain/ insecure about.

Unfortunately, I have no facility for graphs, so can we just draw the following basic distinctions:
1; xconorx is not a male feminist. definitely.
2: the basic difference between men and women is genital. Everything else is either socially constructed or a complete myth.
2.1: this includes the concept of women as the gentler sex, and men as incapable of listening.
3. xconorx is definitely not a male feminist.
4. The application of the term male feminist is herewith a slang term for one who attempts to ingratiate themselves with members of the opposite sex for 'tapping' access.
5. Definitely, xconor is not a male feminist. But he can call other people that for the purposes of comedy/wind-up.

The same rule applies to everyone else though, so we'd better think of another term that will need clarification after a while, by which time somebody will supply graphs or a lolcat. Either one, I'm not fussy. Now please can we get back to tarp and fritzl jokes?
