7000 spoil ballots in Mayoral election

Don't know if any of you fellow midlands

lib commers have heard about this, but

in the recent mayoral election in Stoke-on-Trent

there was an unprecedented number of,

mostly deliberately, spoiled ballot papers.

Quite impressive, really and it was all spontaneous.

Stokies thinking for themselves!
