I'm trying find solid sources on anarchism and syndicalism in Latin America for a paper I will have to write in a few months.

For recent stuff - most of it written by anarchists there - check out http://www.anarkismo.net . We recently split South America into four regions (it had hit 260 articles) but there is also Central America and note that Mexico is included as part of North America. Use the regions selector at the top to filter for these regions.

Have the south americans been notified of this, or is this just one more instance of Dublin sticking it's head into the affairs of a soveriegn state. grin tongue

There is a good little booklet on FORA i will try and dig it out, and check for online version. Might even scan it in if i am totally bored.

Did you look at the links? A good few of them were online versions of printed material.
