Anarchism & Syndicalism in Latin America
I'm trying find solid sources on anarchism and syndicalism in Latin America for a paper I will have to write in a few months.
For recent stuff - most of it written by anarchists there - check out http://www.anarkismo.net . We recently split South America into four regions (it had hit 260 articles) but there is also Central America and note that Mexico is included as part of North America. Use the regions selector at the top to filter for these regions.

Have the south americans been notified of this, or is this just one more instance of Dublin sticking it's head into the affairs of a soveriegn state.

it's a local joke for local people.
There is a good little booklet on FORA i will try and dig it out, and check for online version. Might even scan it in if i am totally bored.
Five Waves: A history of revolutionary Anarchist Communist mass organizational theory & practice
has got quite a lot on syndicalist and anarchist organisation in Latin America, a good start.

When have South America and Northern Ireland ever been sovereign states? Do anarchists give a fuck?

It's pretty easy finding stuff on this;
The Anarchist Struggle in South America
Especifismo (a concept born out of nearly 50 years of anarchist experiences in South America).
He wasn't implying "Dublin's" involvement in Ireland/Northern Ireland? Well that's what it looks like, fuckface.
I don't think my proffesor will accept online sources. Any books in English?

Did you look at the links? A good few of them were online versions of printed material.

For Argentina try Unit 9 http://libcom.org/hosted/sf/selfed/pdfs/units.pdf
