Bolivian Constitutional Referendum 25th January

The Commune have translated an article by the Bolivian "Socialismo o Barbarie" group calling for abstention in Sunday's referendum on Evo Morales' new Bolivian constitution. SoB are ex-Morenoites and still Trotskyist albeit quite open and looking somewhat through the prism of Hal Draper, and also have stuff on their site by people like Korsch, Lukacs etc. Some other Trot groups have called for a "no" vote.

The referendum is on a constitution in favour of state capitalist + petty proprietor "Andean capitalism" while doing nothing to tame the oligarchy. The right wing of the oligarchy is opposing it on a separatist and racist basis.
