Shell are found to be to blame for the deaths of Keith Moncrieff and Sean McCue, but Sheriff Colin Harris, who was in charge of the inquiry the inquiry, makes no recommendations.
The oil company has pretty much been told "you were very naughty, but carry on doing what you were doing".
