Some ALF crank.

ALF would not be it, to be pedantic it would be ARM or justice department - similar kind of animal groups but no "non violence" clause.

but hey hey HEY! Why AR? no AR links, or are there? Granted, there has been similar kinds of things sent for AR purposes (though i thought these were in a jiffy bag, and the AR ones were in a poster tube).

and if i had mailed the bomb, i would have just ended up making it explode in my bag...

Do Capita have anything to do with vivisection or the meat industry? Sounds like the sort of stunt the lunatic fringe of the AR scene might pull.

capita - i used to work there! - does not AFAIK have any direct links with the two main high profile AR battles at the moment: huntingdon LS and oxford uni.

Could be wrong though...

Could just as easily be some isolated crank who reeeeeally doesn't want to pay his congestion charge though.

Like I say, sounds like something that some AR types might do, but even the really crazy ones don't do it at random.

Capita are the company that own Sitex aren't they?

By some ALF crank, I meant those lone wierdos who send mail bombs.

It was blatantly one of them!

According to the news that 2nd company has nothing to do with it.

you mean if i win, i get £40 off you? Dont do betting so i dont know which way the ratio goes grin

once there was this nutter who sent around letter bombs to various companies vaguely involved in animal abuse. police plamed AR and then it turned out to be a random nutter who just targetted these companies for the hell of it, i guess wanted to get the cops of the track by targeting animal industries.

But perhaps a link will come up soon between these companies!

deal.

Now to my theory: some right wing nutter daily mail reader. reason: targeted companies have all to do with things like congestion charging, speed cameras and DNA databases. Boo fucking hoo i cant drive my car around and i am being oppressed! So i send letter bombs to maim the dudes working for minimum wage at the mail room.

Start saving goatlover!

these things still hold more revolutionary potential than granny digging for dogs, based as it is on human desire rather than jesuit morality.

fair enough just make sure not to link that money back to me when anti terror cops come knocking, i don't want to be like the poor fuck under house arrest for donating a pair of boots to Chechen fighters.

damn belfast you lose. it was obvious this was one of those driving nutters from the start. MAD or something.

I always am the one opening the mail in my jobs; I really hate letter-bombers. Which is another reason for me to hate the unabomber, the fake italian fai and all the dickhead anarchists who support them.

I'll dig up Malatesta, and hold his corpse to ransom until all anarchists without adjectives leave politics.
