sssh, I don't want the ICC to know, they'll denounce me again
I've only managed to do a couple of hundred, dunno if that'll be enough.
hey just got back from this (and lunch time rant at the basement). Good to see many comrades, not a bad turn out of 6 anarchists and 12 people in total for two days mobilisation and SolFeds national conference in town at the same time
Leaflets went quick and got few really positive responses, though mostly i think people thought we were giving out commercial leaflets because we didnt have any banners or placards.
JJB was expecting us with extra hired guard, so we couldnt really leaflet the workers inside.
NEXT DEMO:
Wednesday 15th, 5pm, Market Street.
Article on BBC about the todays football ground yellow card protest for JJB strikers:

also, regarding the injured picketers, I spoke to a GMB rep and he told me how it happened:
During the picket a delivery truck came out of the compound and of course picketers gave the scab some abuse. This guy tried to be clever and thought of reaching out from his cabin while driving pass the picket and give abuse and i dont know maybe hit someone or grab a placard.
While he was doing this, he wasn't paying attention to his driving and the back part of the truck hit a porable cabin. Three strikers were next to that cabin and got swept away by the force which destroyed the cabin as well.
I'd say that truck driver deserves everything he gets.

Jesus! Are they alright?
If anyone needs some pictures to use for an article/write up do not hesitate to PM me.
Was there handing out a few leaflets, one of the problems was as JDMF said about us been mistaken for advertisers, some did see what the leaflets said and then took one. Shame we couldn't hand out many to the workers there, we did get some to one worker who came outside of the store. I'll see you all at the next demo on wednesday.
sam, i didn't even know who you were
Dressed in the same clothes as last time, a long grey trenchcoat. I didn't have a clue which one you were either

we got some in the larger stall further down from piccadilly.
nice one everybody
Did anyone take any pics, could use them for next catalyst, and who is going on saturday?

none, we gave all of the one's we had out at the last demo. I'm also skint, hence not printing more leaflets. I suppose I could ask another SFer at the meeting tonight.
as for attendance, I currently have no phone credit, thus I cannot contact people to make them come. But all the people who came to the last picket were planning a re-appearance, as were the AWL and the SP.
If you've got time it would much appreciated if you could head down UMSU and do two things (1) make Patrick tell people, (2) see if they have any spare placards, so we don't look like we're selling something this time.

how did it go comrades?
Sorry i couldnt come. I was... ahem... really busy...
Also worth noting that all those who might want to be kept up to date on this kinds of events and be kept in loop for solidarity mobilisations, please subscribe to the extremely low volume manc sol fed email list:
http://lists.riseup.net/www/info/manchestersf
or join solfed and you get to the internal manc solfed list
I think it went pretty well, we had placards this time and were more vocal than before, i don't think as many thought we were advertisers this time.
counted 15 people on the picket, 10 anarchs, 5 trots (variety of). Probably more disruptive to JJB this time, through a combination of one guy from the SP standing in the middle of the entrance and shouting a lot, and later when he went, myself stopping people as they went in and explaining things.

aye placards would be great because the market street will be so busy during saturday shopping that we will just look like a bunch of people trying to sell stuff.
Flags? I have three flags at home, maybe they would make it look better?
