Being a Union rep...

Sorry to “derail” the forum slightly but I am after an article that was written on here about somebody talking from their personal experiences about being a Union rep, who came up with a list of suggestions and ideas to implement. I am not sure whether it is on this forum or the back up one. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
