GAMA strike documentary

The documentary "The GAMA Strike: A victory for all workers" is now available online. This is an hour long program about the 2005 strike by migrant workers in Ireland, a bitterly fought struggle that eventually lead to major gains for the workers involved.
It's well worth watching. People on these forums who aren't very fond of the mainstream trade unions will probably find it particularly interesting.
If anyone watches it, I'd be interested in their views on the issues it raises. These include the usefulness of parliamentary positions, the role of the trade unions, the use of migrant labour to undercut wages and the organisation and militancy of migrant workers.
